I got confused, I wanted it in another Size or another Design(s). If you were confused with the size you selected or want to change the designs you ordered for others, contact us as soon as possible [ here ] so we can help you.

I didn't want to have placed the order. If you placed the order in error and no longer want it, you can return your order if you cancel it within a period of 24 hours from when you placed the order. Contact us for this [ here ] as soon as possible. Otherwise your order can no longer be canceled and will be manufactured and shipped.

Product in poor condition or damaged? You can Replace or Return, free of charge, the order or items ordered by the customer, or agreed between TCustomPC and the customer in poor condition within a period of 14 days from when you received the order.

Can I Change the Designs of my order once they have arrived? Did you give a gift and the other person was not convinced by the designs you chose? Or was it for yourself, they didn't convince you and you want to change them? You can Replace your paintings with other designs for just the shipping costs (€6.28) and within a period of 14 days from when you received the order.

Making a Return is simple and free at TCustomPC:

*TCustomPC offers free returns to locations within the Spanish peninsula.

  • STEP 1: Contact our team [ here ] telling us the details about your return: The items, the reason for the return, if it is a defect, send us photos about it.
  • STEP 2: We will provide you with the return point label.
  • STEP 3: Deliver your order to the return point. Subsequently, once we have received and reviewed the conditions of the order, you will receive your refund.

Replacing your paintings with other Designs is very easy in TCustomPC

*If your location is outside the Spanish peninsula, replacement costs may be affected.

  • STEP 1: Contact our team [ here ] telling the details about your Replacement: The designs you want to change and the new designs you want.
  • STEP 2: You will simply have to pay the shipping costs (€6.28) and we will provide you with the shipping label to return the paintings to us.
  • STEP 3: Deliver your order to the return point. Subsequently, once we have received the order, we will manufacture your new paintings and ship them immediately.

Once TCustomPC has received the package, the Customer (in case of return) will receive a refund within a period of between 5 to 15 days. (In case of replacement) TCustomPC will re-manufacture the agreed products and they will be re-shipped to the Customer.

My package has been parked due to incorrect address. If your package had the wrong address or if not, it is incomplete, the Post Office will keep your package for a period of 4 to 5 days waiting for the sender (TCustomPC) to change the address details so that Post Office can try to deliver the package. again

This new address must be provided by the Client who will be notified by TCustomPC several times before the deadline for the new address to be provided. If after the waiting period established by the post office to provide you with the new address, the post office will return the package to TCustomPC and/or you can pick it up at the central office where said package is located.

To send your package again, the shipping cost is €4.10 to €5.50 (if the customer or recipient is located within the Spanish peninsula. In the case of the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, the shipping cost may be higher) and you will receive the package in 2-3 days once shipped. If you choose to return and refund the money, it may take 30 to 90 days, since TCustomPC is not responsible if the package could not be delivered due to incorrect address on the part of the customer.

But if, on the other hand, TCustomPC is responsible and is at fault for said incident by not changing the address provided by the client within the period of time established by the post office, TCustomPC will assume all the costs to resend it, being free for the client. send it back to your address. In the same way, if, complying with the same condition in which TCustomPC is responsible for said incident, the customer wishes to return their order, said return may be delayed from 7 to 20 days.
