At TCustomPC, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. We are so confident in the quality of our phone holders that we offer a 1 million second (11 day) satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to help you resolve any questions or problems you may have.

How does it work:

  1. If you have any questions or concerns about the mobile mount you purchased, please contact our customer service team within 11 days from the date you received your order.
  2. We will assess your situation and do our best to resolve any issues you may be facing.
  3. Depending on the situation, we can offer you a replacement or a suitable alternative solution.

Conditions:

  • The 11-day satisfaction guarantee begins from the date you receive your order.
  • The product must be in original condition and show no signs of misuse or intentional damage.
  • If a replacement is required, TCustomPC is responsible for the associated shipping costs.

SHIPPING AND TRANSPORTATION

TCustomPC has no control over the shipping process. You will need to contact your local customs or shipping provider for assistance with any shipping related questions, including tracking.
TCustomPC offers shipping in principle and only to Spain.
All shipping times stated at checkout are approximate and may offer changes based on special conditions and locations.
If the customer puts the wrong address information and the package is returned to the sender, TCustomPC is not responsible for the shipping cost once the shipping address has been fixed. We do not cover any import taxes, fees, etc. on our shipments, if added through customs anywhere.


RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Returns are not accepted at TCustomPC unfortunately as all orders are made to measure.
On the other hand, if you wish to cancel your order, be sure to contact us 24 hours or less after placing your order. You can use the Contact page if you have any questions, comments or concerns, and a member of the team will do their best to help you.
Additionally, despite the foregoing, if your order is already in the process of being created, it cannot be canceled for any reason. If you do not contact us within 24 hours of placing an order, your order cannot be cancelled.
